Key Responsibilities

•Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work according to dealer and factory standards.
•Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs efficiently and accurately as outlined on the repair order.
•Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty requests.
•Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs; notify the service advisor when additional work isn’t needed or promised timelines can’t be met.
•Supervise assigned apprentice technicians, document work, attend factory training, and keep the shop and tools organized per safety policies.

Key Requirements

•ASE or manufacturing training with Honda brand experience (heavy line and diagnostic experience preferred).
•High school diploma or the equivalent.
•Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

•Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test) and maintain manual dexterity and good judgment.
