•Troubleshoot errors identified by diagnostic systems and perform data collection/measurements to diagnose issues.
•Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electronic components on equipment.
•Assist in installation and relocation of complete machines or major units, including calibration and qualification procedures.
•Support machine modification, upgrade, and refurbishment activities at customer sites.
•Provide on-site technical support to ensure service delivery meets KPIs and customer SLAs.
