Key Responsibilities

  • •Create wiring diagrams and wire harness drawing documentation using Mentor Graphics Capital, Logic, and HarnessXC.
  • •Implement communication protocols including ARINC, CAN, Ethernet, and Serial.
  • •Follow best practices for wire harness design and installation, including AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, and ASTM F2639.
  • •Collaborate with avionics, power plant, and electrical engineering teams to define system architecture, wiring connections, grounding schemes, and EMI mitigation strategies.
  • •Support lab bring-up, testing, and operations with resolutions, rework instructions, and test-lab specific wiring harness designs.
