•Deliver a consistently high standard of service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
•Manage issue escalations with professionalism, balancing urgency with clear client expectation-setting.
•Translate client feedback and clinical insights into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

Key Requirements

•Dental degree (DDS, DMD, RDH, or equivalent) with business or industry experience (MBA, consulting, customer success, or leadership roles in dental organizations).
•5+ years of experience in dentistry, healthcare consulting, customer success, or product adoption roles — ideally in health tech, SaaS, or AI
•Proven ability to educate and influence clinical teams while also engaging executives on business outcomes
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical, clinical, and business perspectives
•Highly organized, with the ability to partner across multiple accounts and teams
