Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plans for strategic customer use cases through go-live and healthy consumption.
  • •Serve as the accountable technical leader for assigned use cases across multiple stakeholders, coordinating onboarding, enablement, and success plans.
  • •Act as first contact for production/go-live technical issues and questions for agreed use cases, escalating to expert technical resources as needed.
  • •Create and execute POVs for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services for engagement delivery proposals.
  • •Develop comprehensive execution plans and drive reporting on usage status, customer health, risks, and product adoption progress to stakeholders.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance for access to classified information.
  • •7+ years of experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in the Data and AI domain.
  • •Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • •Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
  • •Ability to manage complex escalations and run discovery workshops to create roadmaps and strategic plans.
