Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage North American casualty insurance programs across the U.S. and Canada.
  • •Oversee OCIP and project insurance responsibilities for construction and plant work.
  • •Provide claims oversight and manage litigation.
  • •Support risk identification and loss mitigation initiatives.
  • •Advise on contractual risk transfer matters and manage broker/carrier/stakeholder relationships while ensuring governance, compliance, and reporting.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in risk management, finance, business, or related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in casualty insurance and risk management, including North American programs.
  • •Direct experience managing OCIPs for construction, capital projects, or plant turnarounds.
  • •Strong experience working with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and legal counsel.
  • •Ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, EHS, and Legal teams in a complex organization.
