Job Summary

Manage distribution resiliency and power delivery projects across Louisiana, overseeing the full lifecycle from feasibility through closeout. Lead cross-functional teams delivering design and construction deliverables for distribution lines, feeders, substations, and grid upgrades. Own performance across finance, technical execution, QA/QC, safety, and schedule, while building scopes, budgets, plans, and WBS aligned to EPC delivery. Coordinate client, stakeholder, and regulatory engagements and support proposal/RFP efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical project supervision and guidance across administrative, commercial, and technical components of power distribution and power delivery infrastructure projects.
•Oversee end-to-end project execution (feasibility, engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout) in compliance with standards and industry best practices.
•Manage multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, schedule, cost control, resource allocation, and margin/risk/contingency planning.
•Develop and maintain project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, WBS, and project plans (PMP, Safety Plans, Risk Management Plans, QA/QC procedures).
•Coordinate client presentations, contract negotiations, stakeholder meetings, and change management/scope control/claims mitigation, while meeting safety and HSE requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•7–10+ years of relevant post-education experience, preferably in a project management role in power delivery/utility.
•Strong understanding of utility operations, power systems engineering, and electrical distribution design.
•Familiarity with NERC, IEEE, NEC, and utility regulatory requirements.
•Experience with EPC project delivery, capital programs, financial tracking/reporting, and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
