Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, formalize, and deploy Lean Manufacturing standards with a multi-site harmonization approach.
  • •Ensure methods, tools, and practices align with Aero Excellence reference requirements.
  • •Design and run a standardized Lean maturity assessment approach for sites.
  • •Conduct cross-audits, quantify gaps, and support the creation, tracking, and challenge of progress plans.
  • •Provide on-site coaching and methodological support, and lead an international network of Lean leaders to share best practices and harmonize approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid knowledge of industry and continuous improvement, ideally in a multi-site industrial environment.
  • •Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methods.
  • •Ability to formalize standards and clear, structured visual learning/support materials.
  • •Experience coordinating and facilitating transverse networks, including international ones.
  • •Ability to support change: coach teams and embed practices on the ground.
