Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute business audits, leading audit teams and discussions with auditees and senior management.
  • •Lead preparation of closing meeting presentations and final audit reports, including management feedback.
  • •Coordinate regional audits with local audit teams, providing technical advice and aggregating results into regional reports.
  • •Drive regional harmonisation projects by securing buy-in from local heads of audit and documenting regional policies and procedures.
  • •Support AI and data analytics initiatives for audit efficiency and quality, including quality assessment reviews on local audit teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business discipline (accounting, finance, management).
  • •5–9 years of internal/external audit experience, preferably in the financial institution sector (insurance is an advantage).
  • •Ability to independently lead and perform audits across multiple audit areas and manage business audits across entities and lines of business.
  • •Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Public Accountant are an advantage.
  • •Experience with data analytics and familiarity with AI tools for audit applications, plus openness to AI skills and tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
