Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across multiple locations to learn restaurant operations and the daily flow that keeps stores running well.
  • •Recruit, train, and empower team members, supporting a strong culture through coaching and development opportunities.
  • •Mentor and be mentored by Operations and General Manager leaders to build leadership skills for future advancement.
  • •Help drive business operations and decision-making, applying the company mindset across guest service and team support.
  • •Handle high-volume periods and solve problems in real time while maintaining effective shift leadership and guest experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/ Assistant General Manager
  • •Must be 21+ years of age
  • •Experience needed: kitchen operations, safe food handling, hospitality-focused customer service, people development, and inventory management
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Ability to run a shift effectively as the lead and create positive guest interactions with high energy in the kitchen and dining rooms
