Manage a commercial credit portfolio as part of a coverage team, partnering with Relationship Managers to evaluate client viability and recommend credit structures, pricing, deal terms, and collateral. Monitor performance through updated financial statements and deal reviews, communicate credit events to clients, and collaborate with Credit Analysts to renew or modify deals. The role also includes final risk rating analysis, documentation of decisions, and mentoring more junior PMs and Credit Analysts.

•Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide ongoing portfolio monitoring.
•Review, recommend, and document credit decisions, conditions, and modifications.
•Work with Relationship Managers to assess prospective clients, define borrowers/guarantors, and establish deal structure, terms, and covenants.
•Value collateral, generate commitment letters, and interpret credit lending policy for business partners.
•Collaborate with Credit Analysts to maintain lender portal investor groups, conduct periodic deal reviews, execute renewals/modifications, communicate credit events, and pitch complex deal structures.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
•At least 6 years of credit analysis experience, including midstream, power, and/or RBL.
•Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills.
•Professional, client-facing presence and experience managing an advanced commercial client portfolio.
•Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling, with the ability to partner with deal stakeholders.
