•Strong verbal and written communication skills and reliability.
•Experience with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy; basic networking concepts; periodic travel to customer offices in the metropolitan area.
