Job Summary

Lead execution and delivery of moderately to highly complex initiatives on the Member Value team. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications while applying EPMO processes, standards, tools, and controls. Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to balance priorities, manage ambiguity, and remove obstacles. Track KPIs, monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and drive change adoption and sustainment to support business transformation and operational excellence.

•Develop, track, and maintain work effort budgets, and monitor/report progress using KPIs and success criteria.
•Lead subject matter experts and facilitate communication, collaboration, closure activities, and change adoption/sustainment in alignment with USAA methodologies.

Salary: USD 103,450 - 197,730 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•8 years of relevant experience in project or program management, including planning, tracking, and delivery.

•Experience delivering complex work efforts using recognized methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
•Extensive understanding of risk management policies and procedures, with strong collaboration in a matrixed environment.
