Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Starlink’s crisis response operation end to end: readiness, activation, execution through restoration, and after-action improvements
  • •Build and maintain execution plans for market and event response, including kits, logistics, staffing, partner onboarding, and activation paths
  • •Monitor readiness and response KPIs and act on gaps before failures occur in the field
  • •Run crisis response during events by setting the operating picture, assigning work, flagging delays, and advising leadership with revenue/mission/customer impact
  • •Partner across Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Legal, and Engineering and serve as a primary global point of contact for emergency stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or high school diploma/equivalency plus 5+ years of professional experience in emergency/crisis response, operations, or program management
  • •4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, crisis response coordination, or strategic planning
  • •1+ year of experience in a customer- or external-facing role
  • •2+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, or performance metrics (Excel modeling, dashboards, etc.)
  • •Additional requirements: must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed for emergency response operations
