Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day operational relationship with an assigned cluster of departments by understanding workflows, lead times, tools, and pain points.
  • •Track workability status across active releases and surface gaps in clearances, masters, artwork, agreements, and delivery timelines.
  • •Monitor campaign spend against approved budgets and flag divergence/overages while keeping budget status visible and accurate.
  • •Identify cross-department issues, prompt the teams involved, and track resolution.
  • •Maintain shared operational data across Airtable and internal dashboards and support meeting preparation/action item tracking and artist briefing packages.
