Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the plant continuous improvement system, scheduling improvement activities and tracking development and execution while measuring system and personnel performance.
  • •Prepare reports for 5S audits, standard work/LMF, Lean Gemba Walks, CI Action Tracker, and continuous improvement program awards for production lines.
  • •Ensure Lean documentation across the plant is updated and support training in Lean tools.
  • •Participate in Kaizen project development and execution; facilitate Kaizen workshops/events and provide support for implementing ECIS tools in production and support processes.
  • •Assist leadership with VSM documentation and data collection; support Lean implementation plans, manufacturing process improvements, cost-reduction projects, and Kanban system updates in Mapics.

Key Requirements

  • •University student in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 120 approved credits.
  • •Six (6) months of related experience in operational support/administrative support roles; internships/practices are applicable.
  • •Basic knowledge of English and MS Office 365, with Excel as indispensable.
  • •Preferable: communication skills (written, spoken, reading).
  • •Preferable: basic knowledge of AutoCAD, continuous improvement/Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma, and the ability to analyze and tabulate technical information clearly and concisely.
