Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs while maintaining accurate records
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve their experience
  • •Support team sales efforts via outbound calls, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate specialists
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ unique needs
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution

Key Requirements
