Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment; install operating systems, software, and security updates.
  • •Validate hardware/software functionality and perform system testing and quality assurance checks before deployment.
  • •Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming shipments; maintain asset records and track asset movement through receipt, deployment, and return.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and coordinate shipping/receiving/return logistics, ensuring secure packaging and accurate shipping documentation and chain-of-custody records.
