Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned acquirers and PSP partners.
  • •Build and maintain long-term relationships and develop account plans to grow partner performance.
  • •Monitor partner performance (KPIs, volumes, revenue) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding acceptance footprint and revenue streams.
  • •Position Mastercard products and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful implementation and go-to-market execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, combining account management and business development responsibilities.
  • •Strong understanding of the Danish payments ecosystem, including PSPs, acquirers, and local payment methods.
  • •Proven ability to grow existing accounts and originate new business opportunities.
  • •Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Danish (and/or other Scandinavian languages).
