•Drive a Product Development Assurance program (“left shift”) by applying DDQS process rigor and industrial practices to improve delivery efficiency.
•Ensure quality is owned across the organisation, meeting customer commitments while balancing cost and schedule constraints.
•Provide independent Quality Assurance to domain stakeholders, delivering an accurate view of performance and championing customer satisfaction.
•Identify and navigate quality risks by anticipating risks, dependencies, and impacts early rather than reacting late.
•Promote quality principles and remove blockers through proactive solution shaping, clear communication, and constructive challenge of assumptions.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or related technical discipline.
•Proven experience in Quality Management roles, preferably in a systems engineering/industrial organisation.

•Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, with the ability to translate them for stakeholders.
•Proven experience engaging and influencing stakeholders to shape mindsets and culture.
