Key Responsibilities

  • •Backlog management: breakdown backlog items (initiatives to epics to stories) with acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and quality attributes (security, performance).
  • •Main point of contact for functional or technical topics to drive alignment.
  • •Bridge between agile teams, coordinating with RTEs; collaborate with Architects to define Program Increments and participate in PI Planning.
  • •Define and prioritize the Team Backlog, ensure value delivery, and manage backlog traceability.
  • •Support the Team in delivering value through built-in quality, participation in agile events (PI planning, ART events), and demos to gather user feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, or equivalent role in mission-critical or safety-critical systems.
  • •Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM); SAFe RTE a plus.
