Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education and provide basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics.
  • •Deliver onsite clinical services solutions, guiding customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality.
  • •Ensure site readiness by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.
  • •Own the learning experience through customer consultation and internal stakeholder collaboration, ensuring excellent onsite training and communication.
  • •Provide continuous project status communication, including issues and delays, and build deep modality knowledge to resolve a diverse scope of problems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical environment.
  • •Advanced certification (or required to obtain within 12 months) in at least one: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • •Provide verification of current/active ARRT certification.
  • •Have a certificate or associate degree (bachelor’s preferred).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
