Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the retail outlet is manned at all times
  • •Deliver warmth and professionalism when interacting with guests
  • •Asks open-ended questions and uses product knowledge to make thoughtful sales recommendations
  • •Reports guest preferences to the Front Office Team to keep the SAGA system updated for future uses
  • •Assists with receiving shipments, re-stocking, and merchandising the sales floor
