  • •Forecast financial, manpower, and operational requirements for customer programs including start ups, warranty, service agreements, and paid service.
  • •Identify and pursue service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales.
  • •Manage start ups, time/cost requirements, local inventories, and RMA procedures while maintaining DSO and reserve costs.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction through system performance, prompt escalation of system downs, and accurate/timely reporting.
  • •Interview, hire, and train customer engineers; manage team goals and achievements; ensure safety practices and develop CE and managerial talent.
