Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple AI data annotation projects, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
  • •Act as the primary interface for internal requestors by translating product/business needs into labeling project requirements and delivery plans.
  • •Establish delivery governance (operating rhythms, execution reviews, escalation frameworks) across QA, vendor, and business teams.
  • •Monitor performance dashboards, detect anomalies, and perform data and root cause analysis to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • •Identify process gaps and implement workflow optimizations, partnering with tooling teams to drive automation and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of project/program management experience in AI data annotation, large-scale data operations, content moderation, or related areas.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • •Track record delivering cross-functional projects with third-party vendor partners, meeting operational targets and SLAs.
  • •Strong data skills (Excel, SQL, dashboard development) to analyze performance and conduct root cause analysis.
  • •Experience driving continuous operational quality optimization and process improvement.
