Job Summary

As a Senior Virtual Relationship Manager in Mashreq’s Business Banking team, you’ll manage a portfolio of Platform/Neobiz clients, grow relationships through outbound calls, and drive revenue through up-selling and cross-selling of FX, insurance, and investment products. You’ll ensure KYC compliance, AML controls, and exceptional service while partnering with branches and product advisors to meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of Platform/Neobiz relationships and drive revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
•Carry out outbound calls to achieve financial and non-financial targets for assigned clients.
•Ensure KYC reviews, due diligence, AML procedures and governance for the portfolio.
•Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries with internal departments.
•Coordinate with branches, SME central teams, and product advisors to maintain portfolio quality.

Key Requirements

•University graduate with a finance, maths, or business focus.
•Excellent knowledge of business banking products – FX, TWC, Insurance & Investments.
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business banking as RM/VRM.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Very customer-focused and computer literate.
