Key Responsibilities

•Drive organizational effectiveness by leading strategic organizational change and development programs with top management.
•Manage all HR functions and programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring HR policies and processes are implemented.
•Develop departmental objectives in cooperation with LOB management, business control, and finance.
•Analyze statistical data and reports to identify root causes of problems and recommend improvements.
•Oversee talent management evaluation programs and support audits while advising management on hiring and retention.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
•Formal HR certification (SHRM, HRCI or same level) is a plus.
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the technology sector, including 4 years in a managerial role.
•Ability to handle strategic organizational change and development programs with top management.
•Experience implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
