Key Responsibilities

  • •Fully own the operational and tactical localization lifecycle for assigned titles from kickoff through global launch.
  • •Oversee language assets (dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, marketing supplementals, metadata, main/episodic titles, and forced narratives) to ensure launch readiness and quality control.
  • •Act as the main strategic point of contact across Content, Post, Marketing, Launch Management, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
  • •Plan, schedule, and manage localization workflows including language suite strategy, vendor selection, bid management, financial tracking, and asset delivery.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage risks; troubleshoot and escalate quality/operational issues; analyze localization metrics to optimize workflows and improve operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of experience in localization in a high-demand, fast-paced environment (ideally entertainment), including managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
