Key Responsibilities

  • •Support IT workstreams across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration.
  • •Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements with functional stakeholders and system owners.
  • •Analyze current-state processes, systems, data, and dependencies to identify integration needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Translate business requirements into process flows, user stories, functional requirements, and actionable work plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to track milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and integration key performance indicators.

Salary: USD 115,500 - 167,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, information systems, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, project coordination, IT operations, or a related role.
  • •Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing data, and supporting cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms, plus cloud and collaboration technologies.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
