Job Summary

Lead budgeting and forecasting for key P&L lines, develop and maintain forecasting models, and ensure timely forecasts in LVMH systems. Drive month-end close, variance analysis, and management reporting. Partner with Middle East and Europe functions to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead budgeting and forecasting for key P&L lines, including development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of forecasting models to ensure accurate financial plans.
•Support timely submission of forecasts in the LVMH systems and provide Monthly Outlook/Estimates on ad-hoc basis.
•Lead month-end variance analysis, translating complex data into insights and driving actions to improve performance.
•Collaborate with business to monitor investment areas and deliver financial and management reports per schedule.
•Participate in month-end close process and provide ad hoc analyses to support the business.

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering or controlling roles; BIG4 experience is a plus
•Business partnering skills - ability to build trusting relationships with different stakeholders in France and Middle East
•Analytical thinking, always looking for opportunities for improvement
•Advanced Excel and reporting systems understanding
•High level of accuracy, with an eye for detail while keeping the big picture in sight
