Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and review maintenance transaction documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness in SCEPTRE and AirVault for active aircraft
  • •Manage part and task configuration for active aircraft and generate internal instructions for ongoing maintenance items, including deliveries and modifications
  • •Implement SCEPTRE controls and procedures on active aircraft to satisfy OEM and FAA requirements
  • •Maintain daily maintenance tracking of major assemblies and verify key information completed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians
  • •Correct discrepancies, manage FAA airworthiness certificates and aircraft registrations, maintain ELT registrations, and collaborate with partner departments; available for on-call and weekend/night coverage
