Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, develop, and implement end-to-end RMA and VR processes across IDCs to ensure efficient workflows.
  • •Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, and stock takes.
  • •Lead self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment, and reverse logistics processes, and influence hardware replacement cadence for data centers.
  • •Drive process standardization and documentation to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability of supply chain operations.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (logistics, procurement, quality, finance) on reverse logistics, spare parts management, and inventory reconciliation, and lead improvements/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, and/or commercial field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Proven experience in supply chain operations or process management in a global environment and hyperscalers.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in reverse logistics, especially decommissioning and RMA-related work.
  • •Knowledge of data centers and strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • •Experience with process documentation, SOP development, and system integration.
