Provide employee and management consultation through an Employee Assistance Program, using federal regulations to address workplace concerns. Conduct critical incident response, EAP assessment, and short-term counseling, manage caseloads with timely documentation, and provide information and referrals to appropriate care. Deliver trainings and webinars, support continuous improvement by identifying operational challenges, and communicate risks and treatment needs clearly in both writing and verbal channels.
