Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise shift team activities to deliver targets and the business plan in line with policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • •Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support to ensure optimal operations during the shift.
  • •Review work instructions, SOPs, processes, and procedures; recommend changes to improve efficiency and resource optimization.
  • •Collaborate with Maintenance during the shift to ensure minor/major activities, including commissioning and start-up, are completed safely.
  • •Administer SAP processes in the operations section, manage system documents, and ensure HSSE compliance and emergency response during the shift.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8+ years’ experience in water desalination and power generation plants.
  • •2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
  • •Knowledge of relevant plant equipment and operations in water desalination and power generation plants.
  • •SAP working knowledge preferred; new IMS system awareness/working knowledge preferred.
