Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, optimization, and compliance of new and existing product formulas from concept through commercialization.
•Maintain ownership of master formulas and version controls; evaluate ingredient compatibility and stability.
•Oversee ingredient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance with FDA dietary supplement regulations and cGMP standards; partner with Regulatory and Quality teams on labeling and documentation.
•Lead sensory evaluation programs; develop standards and protocols; collaborate with flavor houses and contract manufacturers to optimize organoleptic properties; support stability testing and shelf-life studies.
•Create and verify Supplement Facts and Nutrition Facts panels; ensure labeling accuracy per FDA and international regulations; support commercialization activities and cross-functional project timelines.
•Serve as technical lead on cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain); support pilot runs, scale-up validation, and ongoing product maintenance.

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
•5+ years of experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or functional food product development.
•Demonstrated experience managing formulas and technical documentation.
•Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement regulations and labeling requirements.
•Experience creating Supplement/Nutrition Facts panels.
