Key Responsibilities

  • •Take integration work from concept through implementation, including requirements, technical specs, development, testing, and deployment.
  • •Identify where AI/LLM-based approaches (agentic workflows, automated triage, code generation) can improve integration design, delivery speed, or operational support.
  • •Build and/or extend internal AI tooling (agents, skills, MCP servers, automation scripts) to support engineering and BAU workflows.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions, whether traditional services or AI-driven approaches.
  • •Contribute to responsible evaluation, adoption, and governance of AI tooling, including data handling, model choice, and skills/guardrails.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go preferred; Python/TypeScript considered).
  • •Experience building RESTful APIs with proper service security practices.
  • •Experience using AI/LLM tools to build real solutions (e.g., AI agents or LLM-powered automation), not just faster code generation.
