Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage the manufacturing and maintenance plan for the premix plant, providing SHE and Quality leadership.
  • •Set the premix plant’s strategy and direction for single- and multi-year horizons aligned to the DSM ANH mission for World Class Operations.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across the plant to improve operational efficiencies, plant reliability, and asset utilization.
  • •Develop and coach the team by setting expectations and ensuring accountability throughout the plant.
  • •Select, manage, coach, and develop staff to improve engagement and retention.

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of operations/manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in an ISO certified and/or cGMP regulated environment.
  • •Experience directly managing others with proven leadership skills to coach and develop team members.
  • •Prior experience as a Plant/Site Manager and/or production unit or department operations manager (external required; internal preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; engineering discipline preferred.
