Key Responsibilities

•Perform MR imaging procedures in accordance with department policies and protocols to produce high diagnostic quality images.
•Analyze MR output and report findings to supervisor as needed and forward images to radiologists or colleagues.
•Conduct preparations and administrations of IV contrast agents under supervision as required.
•Recognize anatomy and pathology in cross-sectional imaging to optimize scan protocols and liaise with radiologists for further imaging or tests.
•Ensure safe and competent use of radiology equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment while complying with safety and quality control programs.

Key Requirements

•NLT 2 years post graduate MRI experience in an acute care hospital.
•NLT 4 years post graduate MRI experience in an acute care hospital.
