Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform MR imaging procedures in accordance with department policies and protocols to produce high diagnostic quality images.
  • •Analyze MR output and report findings to supervisor as needed and forward images to radiologists or colleagues.
  • •Conduct preparations and administrations of IV contrast agents under supervision as required.
  • •Recognize anatomy and pathology in cross-sectional imaging to optimize scan protocols and liaise with radiologists for further imaging or tests.
  • •Ensure safe and competent use of radiology equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment while complying with safety and quality control programs.

Key Requirements

  • •NLT 2 years post graduate MRI experience in an acute care hospital.
  • •NLT 4 years post graduate MRI experience in an acute care hospital.
