Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning as well as implementation of project and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • •Prompt coordination with business units, technical team, governance team and service provider on project implementation plan.
  • •Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
  • •Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks and facilitate timely resolution.
  • •Conduct Scrum ceremonies including organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups meeting, sprint review, retrospective meeting etc.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related field
  • •At least 8 years of working experience as a Project Manager in the related field
  • •Experience with project management documents such as tender prep, proposals, project updates, reports, stakeholders, issues and risk management
  • •Experience in IT and software development lifecycle is an added advantage
  • •Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
