Job Summary

Lead planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity IT projects, coordinating business units, technical teams and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with adherence to Scrum/Agile practices. Drive project scoping, risk management, and stakeholder communication while maintaining quality and governance across the PMO.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning as well as implementation of project and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
•Prompt coordination with business units, technical team, governance team and service provider on project implementation plan.
•Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
•Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks and facilitate timely resolution.
•Conduct Scrum ceremonies including organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups meeting, sprint review, retrospective meeting etc.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related field
•At least 8 years of working experience as a Project Manager in the related field
•Experience with project management documents such as tender prep, proposals, project updates, reports, stakeholders, issues and risk management
•Experience in IT and software development lifecycle is an added advantage
•Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
