•Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy, translating it into clear roadmaps and decisions for teams to execute against.
•Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) to ensure a simple, consistent experience across platforms.
•Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing PM team, setting the bar for craft and developing growth paths.
•Align with senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans to maintain organizational clarity during complex initiatives.
•Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to balance merchant value with consumer experience and optimize the marketplace ecosystem.
