Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, prepare, and clean laboratory equipment.
  • •Organise and maintain storage systems for equipment and materials.
  • •Prepare and provide equipment for lessons and prepare laboratory solutions.
  • •Perform stock control, including preparing replacement lists and assisting with the annual science department order.
  • •Assist with reprographic work and undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Science / Senior Science Technician.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •An “A” Level in Science (advantage).
  • •Experience in a similar role.
  • •Experience working in an educational setup.
  • •Excellent written and spoken communication skills for working with SLT, Heads of Department, students, and parents.
