Job Summary

Partner with customers to design and implement real-time voice and media applications on the LiveKit platform. You’ll prototype integrations, build reference implementations and sample apps, and help teams navigate SDKs, APIs, infrastructure, and deployment strategies. Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues, lead technical workshops, and translate customer needs into technical insights that improve developer experience, documentation, and tooling.

•Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
