Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with major customers to define building design, engineering, and management strategies and solutions to maximize value from Autodesk investments.
  • •Partner with account teams and the Consulting Project Management team to deliver customer success plans and exceptional delivery outcomes.
  • •Shape how Autodesk Consulting services are offered and delivered, and interface with industry and internal thought leaders to influence Autodesk product direction.
  • •Lead facilitated customer workshops to identify solution opportunities, drive alignment, and create high-quality design/engineering/operational deliverables.
  • •Lead project delivery efforts, mentor junior staff, advise on estimation, and support business development activities while tracking solution value and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
  • •7+ years of hands-on experience in the Buildings industry, focusing on digital design, engineering, and management solution development, management, and/or delivery.
  • •Demonstrated excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications.
  • •Ability to facilitate customer workshops using a variety of techniques and drive decisions to closure.
  • •Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and structured project management, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
