Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •No prior swimming teaching qualifications required; must attend the next training course with 100% attendance (19–24 October 10am–6pm and 30 October 12pm–6pm).
  • •Willing to complete an NRASTC lite qualification, plus a DBS check.
  • •Use excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds.
  • •Be passionate about swimming and about delivering safe, fun, and progressive lessons.
  • •Have access to a computer or tablet to complete course work.
