Job Summary

Coordinate and manage contaminated land field investigations and technical reporting for diverse projects across Waikato. Participate in fieldwork to collect environmental data, prepare high-standard technical reports and deliverables, and contribute to proposals and bids. Work closely with clients to build relationships, support project delivery and management, and help guide early-career colleagues within AECOM’s Contaminated Land team.

•Bachelor’s or post graduate degree in environmental science, geology or related earth science subjects.
•Ideally 5+ years in contaminated land management, environmental site assessments (PSI/DSI) and/or remediation projects.
•High competency field skills including sampling and monitoring of soil, groundwater, surface water, and vapours/gas.
•Ability to plan and prepare project deliverables and technical reports to a high standard.
•Willingness to travel across New Zealand and hold a valid full driving licence; experience using Excel and ideally Arc-GIS and Pro-UCL.
