Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project requirements and draft/review/finalize procurement strategy memos.
  • •Prepare and issue RFIs/RFQs/RFPs in the client’s Project Management Information System and manage vendor responses.
  • •Level and analyze bids for completeness, competitiveness, compliance, cost, schedule, ESG, and quality expectations.
  • •Engage with general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to execute the work strategy and participate in bidder calls.
  • •Prepare purchase orders and contract documents, manage supplier relationships, and monitor procurement performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and four years of procurement experience in the corporate office interiors space (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in construction management, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of different forms of contracts and contracting strategies, especially for design and construction.
  • •Strong written and oral communication, including chairing meetings with client senior management and vendors.
  • •Strong experience using PMIS platforms such as PMWeb and Ariba; relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-CP, MRICS, CCP).
