Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the programme controls function for the programme, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • •Review new project proposals/remits and help ensure realistic, resource-ready plans for delivery.
  • •Identify resourcing requirements to support the programme and work with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
  • •Provide an efficient day-to-day reporting service to programme and project managers across plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance.
  • •Monitor that data input by project teams meets required standards, and manage production of the Investment Plan in line with the Investment Competence Framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • •Proven track record of successful delivery in a major international airport environment from an aviation/airports background.
  • •Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • •Proficiency with PC operating systems and several basic software applications.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications, plus knowledge of engineering and construction management.
