Electronic Services Specialist - Card

Support commercial contract clients by assisting with underwriting for new applications and contracts and managing end-to-end onboarding updates, including account setup, maintenance, product and pricing changes, and contract modifications. Validate data accuracy against the system of record to ensure correct revenue share payments, handle card request research and verification, and provide high-touch customer service via phone and email while meeting regulatory timelines and SLAs.
