Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional, high-priority programs that ladder up to Customer Operations objectives and big bets to hit quarterly goals.
•Develop program strategy, objectives, prioritization, and roadmap for owned initiatives, and represent them across partner teams.
•Create and maintain collaboration standards and information-flow rhythms, defining collaborators and RACIs when relevant to set teams up for success.
•Proactively communicate initiative status, progress, and roadblocks to key collaborators at the right intervals.
•Facilitate tradeoff decisions and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews, senior leadership communications, program look backs, and blameless post-mortems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,000 - 139,000 annually

•3+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, consulting, or a related field.
•Experience within a technology organization, owning strategic projects and solving problems.
•Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive decision-making and balance data with intuition.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to distill complex information for leadership and cross-functional partners.
•Ability to influence outcomes without reporting lines and maintain focus in ambiguous, shifting priorities.
