  • •Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of AI/ML engineers, software developers, and MLOps engineers through mentoring, evaluations, and career coaching.
  • •Oversee the design and architecture of AI/ML systems and AI pipelines, collaborating with data engineering and aligning with enterprise software ecosystems.
  • •Manage AI/ML initiative delivery by directing timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies, and enforcing best practices for model development and deployment.
  • •Establish MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML, automated testing, model registry, and monitoring with scalable, secure infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
